Farm: Toma, IA

Bio: Hayden started hog and cattle farming right after he graduated from Iowa State University. It was about halfway through his time at Iowa State that he realized he wanted to return to the farm. He longed to be back on the open fields helping raise meat for Niman Ranch. Farming can be both frustrating and rewarding, but Hayden truly enjoys being able to see what he has accomplished at the end of each day. Hayden doesn't find himself staring at the clock, waiting for the day to end, instead when he finishes working he reflects back on what he was able to get done.
